  1. The 1×15 Hartke gives the best thump. The 2×12 has more clarity and seems to push the sound further. Thanks for sharing.

  2. Awesome demo. I’ve subscribed and about to check out other vids. If I had to choose one cab it’s the 2×12. But a 4×10 with a 1×15 seems to be excellent all the time. What’s your favorite combination of these cabs or any other cabs? I’m a Jazz bass player and play Top 40, Country, funk, etc. What do you like?

  3. Out of those I like Hartke15 most, it just got more oohmp. The 4×10 is to midrangy and clancky and it‘s got not enough balls, at least in this recording. I would always want to combine this one with a 15 (or better two of them). The Bergantino for me is the second best in this comparison. I don‘t like the Mark Bass, even though it’s a 15, because there is something coloring and artificial in the sound. It sounds somehow „polished“, it‘s just not for me. Thank‘s for the effort…

  4. Loved the Berg, the Hartke 410 came in second. Not big on 15s, including these two though I have loved what I've heard from Mesa Subway 115.
Which Berg cab is that? CN? HDN?

  5. I liked the Bergantino 212 the best !! The Hartke's were ok, not bad actually, but the MarkBass was hugely disappointing. Like you said, maybe it has to have a MarkBass head..??

  6. Good video brother but which do you recommend for us old school Bass players who play deep bass ? I turn up the bass all the way and turn everything else off. I want you to feel what I'm playing. Will any of those do that ?

  7. I have the Bergantino HG 4×10. The HG series is absolute insanely good and light too. You have to be in the room to really appreciate the quality. Combined with Bergantino Forte HP it is phenomenal. The series is not cheap though…

  8. Thanks a lot man! Personally I like the old hartke 15" the most. The bergantino comes second. The 15" markbass is much too scooped and the Hartke 4×12" is too bright for my taste.
