  1. I had (past tense) a 6882 Generac that died after 10-12 hours of use. What equally sucks is six months of the 12-month warranty are wasted away through the winter which leaves about 4 months of useable weather and to lay claim to the warranty. So when the pump & piston craps out like mine did you're SOL. Go electric. They're not as cool as a gas but they'll save you a lot of headaches like this generac piece of junk caused me.

  2. GARBAGE – It'll start great the FIRST time you use it. Don't run the gas out of the line and you'll be buying a new carb for it. Let it sit for a year and you'll be buying a carb for it. Generally, this thing does NOT like to start. It won't be long before you find yourself scrapping it just like I did.
