  1. Cool thanks, My house has white stucco never painted but does have problems In order to keep the color match I have to mix my own straight from the bag. IMO leave the stucco walls unpainted less water damage in the long run.

  2. Great video. Will use the techniques on my daughters house after I hung her security door. Holes left behind. Thanks for sharing your expertise.

  3. funny how a lot of people on this thread crying "hire a real contractor". yeah, i had a licensed contractor do garbage work on my house. id rather give my best effort trying this method. thank you for this video. i have small patches of stucco peeling that need repairing.

  4. Great video, and helpful, too. However, it would have helped to see the final result after paint.

  5. Would of liked to see the prep of mix steps first. Scraping an applying is expected.

  6. That’s not really how u do that. It’s a skip trowel knockdown finish and there should really be a bonding agent applied before you patch. Kirk Geordano’s YouTube page is a great place to learn everything about stucco materials and finishes. Also all masonry should primed with a masonry primer not an anti peel primer. This channel makes me wanna do my own videos there’s a lot of interesting things you boys do.

  7. Thank you brother for the video and most importantly for Jeremiah 29:11, it was of a blessing to me. God bless you, your family and your business.

  8. I was always taught to first apply a little liquid bonding agent to troubled surfaces before adding new texture materials but in fairness, these materials have come so far over the years that may not be necessary anymore. Always enjoy the vids ! Keep em' coming.

  9. should of wet the surface first, after you should have use a a rubber float it brings the texture out, the metal trowel keeps is smooth, that pre mixture I believe really not made for that much patch work you had, you should mix your own next time, always enjoy your videos

  10. Profession video until the end. Definitely takes away credibility with a sideshow act.
    Reminded me of Captain Spalding

  11. Your volume needs to be increased, commentator giving step-by-step details is way too low.

  12. I am a fan of your channel. And I appreciate your videos. I will support your store.
My question is. When repairing stucco with some rust spots it is better to use some aerosol pro block first ? Or is that just being wasteful? My plan was when I pressure wash the house I’m going to tear down the broken stucco and pro block all the rough spots the same day and come back the next day and do all the repairs. Then paint the house pool deck and driveway. It’s a big job for me and I just don’t want to make any unnecessary errors.

  13. We used that patch on our west facing garage (in Arizona) patch went well and it was allowed to dry. All the patching shows through the paint…my garage looks like a spider web ☹ Any chance of saving it?

  14. every stucco crack requires painting the wall or house? is there anyone left with the skills to re-stucco a crack for a patch repair ?

  15. Thank you for the video. I have a question though that repair was from water damage. I have a pesky wood pecker that has put huge holes in the stucco of my home . My question is do I still use the same technique or is there another way to do it. Cause one of the holes is really bad.

  16. I've never seen that premix patch come out looking good. If it works you than more power to ya

  17. You are doing it all wrong! You need to call a professional or at least someone that knows what they’re doing

  18. Be prepared to patch this every other year until that kickout is installed. Oh and it called knockdown dash.

I repeat do not repair stucco like this. This is not how to repair stucco. This is completely wrong. Do not listen to this your are doing nothing but wasting money and not fixing anything at all. If you wanna fix it call a real stucco company not these jacks.
