  1. Is it normal to have a big air bubble come up the fill tube in the tank when flush. One big "bloop" and with the tank lid off can see the air bubble out.
I have hard water and wonder if the Jets aren't fully open with that cause such a thing?
There is no back up after the flush.
I don't know if this has always been there.

  2. This explains it…my mom thinks I did to much tissue but I heard some air bubbles before I flushed it.

  3. When having a shower or using toilet upstairs………. the downstairs toilet bubbles and water level goes up….. Why?

  4. My toilet makes a loud reverberating air sound only when i sit on it. Coincidentally it usually happens after ive had Mexican food. Can anybody help me figure out whats happening?

  5. This was a very long ad for a very short video that could've said "make sure you have a vent." And then been done. Disappointing. This was not troubleshooting.

  6. Our issue is the toilet starts bubbling after someone has been in the shower for just a few minutes, it will bubble nearly all of the water out of the bottle of the toilet & sometimes even stop some of the water from draining in the tub & then the first time you flush the toilet it doesn't go down unless you let it sit for a while & it finally goes down but plunging it does no good. Sometimes you can plung the tub & it will go down but not all the time. We have cleaned out the air vent, snaked the tub & the toilet but still happens (not every time either which makes it harder to figure out). What could that be?

  7. I hope this helps anyone who is having or will have issues with a toilet bubbling up large bubbles when flushed. I had doner all the normal stuff, replaced the guts(completely) snaked vent on roof, replaced the wax ring and still was bubbling. I overlooked a very simple issue. The bolts in the tank rusted and this caused rust and debris to get in the small holes that circle the bowl. Once these holes became blocked enough this was forcing all the tank water out the main hole in the base of the bowl. This sudden rush of water would cause the bowl to empty to fast without 1st filling up a little. This was mimicking a clogged vent. I took small wire and began clearing each hole and I could clearly see rust and dirt coming out. After many times of cleaning and flushing out the debris the toilet now is back to normal! If you ever run into this problem, 1st check your tank for worn tank bolts and rust build up. If there is flush the toilet and look for water flow around the rim of the toilet. If you see very little water coming from the small holes circling the bowl inside, then your problem is clogged holes
