  2. Hi! I have a new pressure washer. I have not used it yet and want to put in the shed for winter. Do I need to winterize since outside of the box?

  3. Great video, I'm having problems getting the fluid from the bottle to go into my pressure washer , I connect it and try and squeeze the bottle, (I'm not using a compressed pump fluid can) but it is so hard to squeeze the bottle and nothing goes into the pressure washer let alone nothing comes through where it's supposed to come out. The instructions even tell me to pull the cord to cycle the fluid through but I do it for 10 minutes and nothing happens. Forgot to mention mine is a gas powered pressure washer.

  4. Put a empty catch can over the outlet so you don’t get blasted like you did. Also allows you to run a little more through the pump.

  5. Don't buy this stuff. It's extremely expensive for a small can and you can get RV antifreeze for about $2.50 a gallon that will last you for several years!! RV antifreeze is a lubricant and an anti-freeze all-in-one. It will protect your seals in your pressure washer and also guard against freezing

You should NOT pump water out beforehand. The reason for this is that you will damage the internals by running it without water.

My company always recommends connecting the saver and then turning it on so that the pump saver will just replace the water that's there. It's a much safer and less harmful way to winterize.

  8. For pump outlet, I would connect a pvc to it then feed the other end into an enclosed container so spray is contained in the container.

  9. Hello, I don’t think you should run the power washer engine without the water supply connected and running… it with burn out the pump

  10. Question : Would you happen to know what the black cylindrical cover located just below your high pressure hose coupling on the rear of the pressure washer is for ? Purpose of the part it covers ? I've recently purchased a powerstroke 3100 Yamaha and its rear end looks very similar to yours and I may have inadvertently pushed it in or pulled it out. Wondering what its correct position is. Seems to have something to do with the pump.

  11. Thanks for showing how to do this! Because my pump was broken because of its cracked due to winter that I didn’t know until I found out after researched. I’m planning to buy a new pump but a better one though. I learned something new.

  12. the only suggestion is to stand the can upright so that it dispenses fluid, not a mix of fluid and propellant I realize the short hose makes this a challenge  , thoughts on this ?
