  1. Maqueta de como podía ser una hipotética máquina de hacer taladros mediante trépano en el antiguo Egipto.

    Como ejemplo seis personas a la misma vez, tres en cada lado pueden hacer el vaivén para generar el giro con mucha potencia.

    Abrasivos de arena especiales y quizá algún líquido se usaría para permitir el corte del borde del tubo.

    Cambiando el equipo de 6 cada cierto tiempo y refrescando por equipo nuevo se podía trabajar sin parar, horas, días y el tiempo que se necesitase para conseguir el taladro requerido.

    Otro equipo acudiría a añadir arena, subiendo el tubo o en el hueco que va quedando entre el tubo de cobre y la pared de granito.

    Por supuesto es sólo una posible solución hipotética y no se basa en ninguna imagen encontrada en Egipto.
