  1. You should never…I repeat, NEVER have to use a CRB and then hot water extract afterwards. The process he's using is redundant and will promote re-soiling due to all the chemistry and water he's injecting into that carpet! I don't even think he pulled his hand off the wand trigger the entire time! I bet you that carpet will wick for sure. He should have just gone with the CRB using a wet encapsulant or powder for this. This job would have only taken a fraction of the time, too.

  2. **? If a company uses a pre-spray, then an agitator with a renovator only.. is that legit cleaning for ppl that call what they do organic?? Should they be using the steam vacuum you used after you agitated without a renovator on your agitator tool?

    just got a partially flooded carpet cleaned "organic" trying to ensure it was legit – seemed to easy and no steam vav type tool was used.. so im unsure how effective it was..
