  4. After watching several video's, i must say, i am pretty much convinced by your recommendations in this video…thanks a lot. Love from India

  5. Thanks Anika, this video was very useful. I am seriously considering adding a Mitre saw to my tool kit as I am interested in doing some more advanced projects – building a work shed right now and accurate cuts are essential for the framing – I can't see straight so every cut made is always a bit off 😅😂. Also getting an additional drill driver, I totally agree that one is ok but two speed up the project and they are a must have. I have been using power tools for years but only once in a while. COVID lockdown got me busy and I am using my tools more now. Your videos are great and it's fun to see another woman setting out information rather than the more experienced guys (no offense to the guys but they don't really cater for newbies). Keep the videos coming 👏👏👏- just subscribed.

  6. The link in the description for the Kreg Rip-Cut is actually the same link for the Brad Nailer.

  7. Interesting list. I’m a little surprised you waited that long to get a circular saw. I’m new to woodworking and appreciate your videos.

  9. you say you can't build much without power tools… gee that is funny they used to build a whole house with only the tools they carried on their backs!

  10. Thank you for this list! I've found a lot of videos (usually by macho dudes *eye roll*) insisting that you need thousands of dollars worth of equipment to just get started. I guess they had a lot more money than I do when they were complete novices.

  11. Great video. Love that you go into detail and also add mini videos when you're explaining into detail. Thank you!
